Atiom's mobile solution is the first of its kind for Accor to deliver employee training and engagement in five local languages

We’re thrilled to join forces with Accor, the world's largest hospitality group, to empower their frontline teams in nearly 400 hotels across 12 countries in Southeast Asia, Japan & South Korea. Our partnership officially begins today, and with this launch, Atiom is a first of its kind for Accor to deliver bite-sized training, real-time communications, and daily engagement in five local languages, including Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa, Japanese and Korean.

Atiom will provide effective training, communication, and real-time engagement with frontline teams - the Accor Heartists® - across Front Office, F&B Service, Reservations, Sales, and Concierge, with the aim to boost team performance, support employees in their daily interactions with guests, and help them achieve their targets.
